POSITION: Technician (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering)
Deadline: 30 October 2024
Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on electronic systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular testing of electronic equipment.
- Support students with their projects, practicals, research, and consultancy work.
- Carry out condition surveys and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings and drafts.
- Participate in site meetings/inspections and prepare related reports.
- Provide on-the-job training for electronic equipment.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education
Must hold a three (3) years’ Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) or a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
