We’re now looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager to help grow our client base and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, relationship-building experience, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market.

 

What You’ll DoSales & Lead Generation

  • Act as the first point of contact for new business leads
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industries
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute outreach strategies

Account Management & Client Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, follow-ups, and service improvements
  • Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and performance check-ins
  • Address and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally

Internal Collaboration

  • Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvements
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews
  • Help develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a sales, client success, or account management role—preferably in recruiting, staffing, or a service-based industry
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and align with U.S. time zones

Nice to Have

 

  • Previous experience in a headhunting, recruiting, or staffing agency
  • Understanding of hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment metrics
  • Experience using tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
