  • Respond to call signals from subscribers both within and outside the exchange.
  • Establish connections for calls within the exchange area and to external locations, ensuring proper charges are applied when necessary.
  • Handle bookings for international exchanges and prepare relevant records and reports for the supervisor.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education for receptionist Applicant

Holder of a certificate with credit passes in English/Kiswahili, plus a certificate in one of the following fields: front office, reception, hotel management, customer care, or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. Must have skills in ICT
