Position: Administration Officer
Offers office support by establishing administrative systems and processes while overseeing administrative tasks and activities.
Job Duties
- Manages workflow by analyzing methods, implementing cost-saving measures, and developing reporting procedures.
- Addresses administrative issues by coordinating report preparation, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
- Ensures smooth equipment operation by fulfilling preventive maintenance needs, arranging repairs, managing equipment inventories, and assessing new equipment and techniques.
- Provides assistance by responding to inquiries and requests for information.
- Monitors inventory levels by checking stock, forecasting supply needs, placing and following up on orders, and confirming receipt of supplies.
- Fulfills operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Supports the team by contributing to related goals and results as necessary.
- Translates documents as needed.
- Manages work permits, residence permits, visas, business licenses, and other compliance-related processes and documents.
- Organizes and coordinates travel, transportation, and accommodations for employees and company visitors.
- Performs receptionist duties at the head office, assisting and guiding visitors.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education Background
