Key Accountabilities
Inventory Accuracy
- Reconciliation of SAP stock versus physical stock.
- Resolve interface-related reconciliation issues.
- Handle stock take postings and present variance reports for approval and sign-off.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP-related matters.
BCP Champion
- Ensure adherence to the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process.
- Troubleshoot interface-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding SAP-related issues.
- Monitor transactions to ensure they are processed efficiently and accurately, meeting client requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Resolve interface issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare write-off reports for management approval.
- Address and resolve SAP issue logs in a timely manner.
- Resolve transactional issues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and control user errors, providing necessary interventions to maintain operational efficiency.
Process
- Coordinate the first-choice customer service survey for the SAP team and collaborate with the line manager to address any issues that arise.
- Report inventory team performance to the Safety Officer via the Group Global Metrix System, and take corrective actions for non-compliance through the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the “Path to Quality” program for the inventory team.
Education Background
- University Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Inventory Management.
- Risk Management Knowledge.
- 3-5 years of experience.
